Today, on January 15, the discussion of the draft State Program in the Year of Support of Active Entrepreneurship, Innovative Ideas and Technologies was completed.
During the discussion, almost 4 thousand opinions and proposals of citizens were sent on the draft State Program. This shows that the compatriots are not indifferent to the ongoing reforms in the country, they are ready to contribute to the deep development of the planned for the future events.
At the event, proposals for the draft State Program were analyzed. In particular, the need to strengthen the cooperation of NGOs with state agencies and institutions, the wide involvement of citizens' self-government bodies to ensure employment of the population was noted. Opinions were expressed about the organization in mahalla consultancy centers for the promotion of entrepreneurship, short-term training courses for citizens wishing to engage in business, with the participation of representatives of government agencies, commercial banks and other interested agencies.
At the same time, the Development Strategy Center monitored the most discussed projects in the areas.
The most discussed project in the field of finance and economy was paragraph 83 «Ensuring the financial stability of the banking system and building confidence, in particular the widespread introduction of the slogan "Not a client should work for the bank, but the bank should work for the client"».
The program will include:
- ensuring transparency and openness of the provided services for the population and business entities;
- simplification of the procedures for rendering services by introducing modern information and communication technologies, expanding the types of services provided, in particular, remote banking services.
But in the social section of the program the most discussed was paragraph 183: “On the basis of the revision of the working hours of directors and teachers of secondary schools it should reduce excessive accounting, stop requesting not envisaged by the standards papers and information from educational authorities, their leaders and other organizations”.
The projects include:
- on the basis of making changes to existing documents, setting norms of working hours for teachers, to stop excessive accounting and paper red tape;
- meaningful organization of free time for teachers, allowing them to work on themselves, and thus improve the quality of teaching.
All proposals will be taken into account when finalizing the program.
