With the hokimiyat of the Namangan region, the Center for the Development of Floriculture with branches in the regions was established.
The center will be engaged in research works for the introduction of innovative technologies in the process of growing flowers, organizing the training of specialists in the field of flower care in special courses.
Within the framework of the project, business entities engaged in flower cultivation in the Namangan region will be provided with land plots for the creation of plantations and greenhouses in order to care for local and foreign varieties of flowers.
Another important point of the program's implementation will be the establishment in Namangan -10 and in each district of the region, 5 modern and constantly operating flower shops.
In addition, from 2018/2019 academic year in the Namangan Engineering and Technology Institute will be established a specialized department in the field of education "Decorative gardening and planting of greenery".
Also, symbols will be created reflecting the city of Namangan as the "City of Flowers", it will be installed on the main roads of the city, and flower pavilions on the central streets will be organized.
