Delegation of the Federation of Societies on Consumer Rights Protection of Uzbekistan visited the Republic of Turkey at the invitation of the Turkish Consumer Rights Association.
Within the framework of the visit, meeting of representatives of the Federation of Societies on Consumer Rights Protection of Uzbekistan and the Turkish Consumer Rights Association was held. Information on consistent work that is being carried out in our country on protection of the rights of consumers was provided, prospects of mutually beneficial cooperation were discussed.
As a result of negotiations, the sides signed a memorandum of cooperation. The document implies issues of exchange of experts and delegations for implementation of joint projects and programs, mutual exchange of experience, forming a joint working group, coordination and advisory councils, conduction of symposiums and seminars, as well as covers a number of other issues.
Members of the delegation of Uzbekistan got acquainted with the activity of the Turkish Consumer Rights Association.
